THE CONCEPT BEHIND MARE` 

The design idea is to create central spaces with water features and green areas for walking and social life, reduce motorized traffics paths and cars , and make car paths wrap around housing zones without penetrating the internal spaces, with each unit having equal accessibility and overlooking the central view, creating a sense of privacy and connection at the same time.

The view representing a complete and wide ranged compound with all services-facilities in one place where the residential units exists.
